An enquiry starts a discussion
Submitting an enquiry requests information. It does not create a paid engagement, submit a government application, open a financial account, or commit you to a business purchase or sale.
Scope, fees, and timing are agreed in writing
Before work begins, the engagement must identify the services, responsibilities, fees, third-party costs, and relevant timing assumptions. Any cancellation or refund arrangements are addressed in that agreement.
Provide accurate information
Application and transaction information must be accurate and complete. You remain responsible for reviewing information, supplying requested documents through the agreed process, and authorizing any submissions made on your behalf.
Decisions belong to the relevant institutions
Government agencies, company registries, and financial institutions decide their own applications. LETHUARD does not guarantee formation, banking, EIN, or ITIN approval, processing times, financing, or credit outcomes.
Services and professional advice have defined roles
Information on this website is general. The agreed engagement defines the work to be performed and any professional advice or separately licensed services needed for your circumstances.
Business transactions require separate agreements
Business buying and selling support is subject to a separate engagement and appropriate due diligence. Purchase, financing, escrow, and other transaction conditions must be agreed by the relevant parties. No listing, valuation, return, buyer, or closing is guaranteed.
LETHUARD does not hold escrow funds
An independently selected provider holds and releases escrow funds according to its own written terms and applicable requirements. LETHUARD coordinates the agreed process and does not act as the escrow holder.
Requirements may change
Government and institutional rules can change. Verify current requirements and the specific scope of your engagement before making a filing or transaction decision.
